I didn't really mean to make the last few posts on space but it naturally happened. I love open spaces. I like the large wall art on the wall and it works because this stair landing/hallway is so open. I love the skylights, the crown molding and parquet flooring.
I notice that almost all open spaces consist of some great lighting. I wonder if they would still feel so open, if they were poorly lit. And conversely, shouldn't a somewhat smaller space be made to feel spacious with the right lighting, and big decor?
